Suggestion: Topical CitedBy tool

It occured to me that it might be handy to have a tool that works just like Cited By but works with words and phrases rather than scripture. When we do a search we can see the results of one collection at a time. Cited By does the same thing but allows you to quickly see the top hits quickly in each collection you choose. Wouldn't it be handy to have the same thing but with words, phrases, and topics as well?

Tim ... that'd be an amazing concept; not sure how it would attach automatically though a pattern matching algorithm would work.

I thought it could be either a sparate tool that is like Cited By but works with words and phrases OR it could be a redesign of the current Cited By to allow it to accept search queries. In the meantime I am going to create a favorites folder called Search Categories and fill it with a links to automatically search on the current query in whatever category I click on. This is not as convenient as Cited By but comes close.

Here is what I came up with as an alternative:

To create the links I did a search on any given word or phrase. I then switched to search a category of interest. I then clicked and dragged the Search icon into my search categories folder and it created a link that will search in that category. Do this for each of your categories and you have it. You can then type in a word or phrase to search or any search phrase you want and start the search. Then all you have to do to research in another category is click on the appropriate link and the search is automatically geenerated for the same word you started with.
