This issue could not be reported through the "report typo" feature. as it is part of the Logos Word Study feature. Thanks..

Please attached screenshot of the Word Study for Hebrew worship. For the most common root worship (highlighted light blue portion of the pie chart on the left, the three letter root should be שָׁחָה rather than  חוה

    Sorry I might be totally wrong, but is it possible that this reflects a resource that someone else other than Logos has tagged. And the taggers think that the verb is histafel instead of hitpael with a metathesis and duplicated third radical.

    שׁחה derives from חוה and develops into השׁתחוה  where it appears to be a a hishtafel form with the formation as you describe.  The השׁתחוה form is used to describe prostration.
