Accessing Resources on Libronix 3

Hi there

Last year I bought the Bryan Williams Collection on prepub and the order came through.  I downloaded the files and they appear in my "Account Summary", and the files are there in the resources folder in Libronix.  However, the collection does not appear as a resource in my library.  I just downloaded and unlocked them again via my order page, but still they do not appear in my Library.

Any help?

Ensure you have v 3.0g if you are running on Windows 7 + the IE9 fix,

It's probably a cache issue that prevents your resources from being discovered --> use Solution 2 at http://www.logos.com/support/article/565

After you close Libronix go to Task Manager and check if LibSys.exe is running. If running then Kill it (ditto for LDLS.exe).

NB Vista and Win 7 have the same cache location.
