I didn't know I was going to share this so you may want to do some more editing.

Actually this is not true of all Pentecostal/Charismatics, it is probably more true for the Charismatic Movement which came later but the earlier Pentecostal Movements had quite diverse origins with many emerging from a Weselyan Holiness background.
One of the challenges you may find for PBB creation is that the early Pentecostals often had an "anti intellectual" bias so not much was actually written in the early period so therefore there may not be much in the Public Domain. There used to be some materials by A J Tomlinson, who was initially a leader in the denomination I am part of, Church of God (Cleveland, Tennesee), and later led Church of God of Prophecy. Most of what I have seen take the form of tracts and short memoirs.
You might also look for copies of the early journals that many of the denominations had, ours is currently called Evangel but used to go by another name which I should know, but can't remember, like many of the other early movements this journal was a key means of communicating doctrine. There is probably some similar stuff from Assemblies of God.

In regard to 2nd Blessing Holiness Wesleyan theology (not Pentecostal), I would recommend anything by Henry Clay Morrison and J. C. McPheeters.
They were the first and second presidents of Asbury Theological Seminary, and well know Methodist Holiness evangelists in their day.
Much of their material is available on the internet. The study of Henry Clay Morrison has become a hobby of mine. What a fascinating character he was!

You might want to look at this thread and follow up with the people who hosted those old Libronix PB's, see if you can get the source documents from them and convert them to .docx files for L4. I found a contact us page which I posted a link to in that thread. Couple of possible people to email about it.

Duane Maxey, of Holiness Database Ministries, has been working for 20 years to compile historical accounts and holiness testimonies. He has a DVD with over 7000 files / accounts. It is really excellent stuff. He has strict copyright instructions, which would limit your sharing the PBB with others, but perhaps they would give persmission to share the resulting PBB with others who have already obtained the DVD from them.
Regardless, I think you will find these accounts very stimulating!

I would be interested in anything you find and also perhaps hosting the PB's for others to download on the internet.
