I am following the prescribe right mouse-click method on words in the ESV, to look up the occurrences of the original words behind the english, but the results are nonesense. For instance when I select the verse Heb 12:14, right mouse-click and go to lemma and then morph search for hagiosmon, I am given no instances of holiness, but instead a variety of hightlighted words in the concordance search return of what appear an entirely random selection of verses and words. Logos is indexing at this time, will this affect word search results?
I was hoping this would work better than this, if not I am disappointed... I am already not too impressed that I when I search for a word in the concordance, I am given not the precise terms I entered in the search, but all of the occurrences of the word group... for holiness, I get 625 results, the majority of which are holy... I know there is little semantic difference, but I don't want to have to search through a pile of stuff, looking for what I need... it would be quicker to pull down an exhaustive concordance from the shelf. It may be I do not know how to set up the filters. Some help would be appreciated.
