I have been on this from the beginning and am also hoping that it will ship sooner rather than later.
It is difficult to estimate the length of time a resource might take to make it from prepublication to shipping. Sometimes there are complications with the resource, with the publishers and sometimes I guess it is just a matter of competing priorities. I guess Logos are the only people who know the reasons why this is taking as long as it has.
I am, however, hoping with you for a speedy resolution.
