Free logos software capabilities

I have the free logo software. Am I able to create personal books using the free logos software or do I need to purchase the basic package?

I have the free logo software because I do admin for our church and I am only looking to support my pastor by having the capability of creating the personal books.

Shannon, check to see if there is a "Personal Books" command on your Tools menu. If so, then you have the Personal Books capability in the free software. If not, you'll need to get the minimum basic package which is Christian Home Library.

Shannon, right now personal books cannot be shared between users, so even if you can create them your pastor could not add them to his installation of Logos. Sharing has been promised and may come with the release of version 4.5, but we'll have to see how that works.

Right now you can prepare the basic Word document and using  the personal book tool will let you see how your formatting looks, but once it is where you'd like it to be, he'll have to take your Word document and build the document on his computer.
