In Logos 4.5 RC 1 on Mac, please try Cmd+Click to follow link.

Caveat: Logos 4.5 RC 1 on Mac lacks feature parity item for creating automatic hyperlinks. If edit Note using Logos 4.5 RC 1 on Windows to create automatic hyperlink, then sync to Logos servers, then sync to Logos 4.5 RC 1 on Mac, can use Cmd+Click to follow link. Also hovering over linked text now has a pop-up on Mac. Appreciate improvements in Logos 4.5 RC 1 on Mac.

For Note linking using Logos 4.5 RC 1 on Mac, have option to manually highlight text, then insert hyperlink (Cmd+K).
