adding previous resources

I have recently installed logos 4 on a new computer when my previous computer died. I cannot find how to install previous libraries to the new logos. I have a disk from some time ago of Luther's Works, and though it worked on another computer when I updated from logos 3, I cannot find a command or menu to install those books on the new computer.

If the books were in L4 on the old computer they should be downloaded to the new computer when you install Logos 4. Are Luther's Works missing? If so, the Scan command mentioned in the wiki article should restore them.
