I was finishing up a presentation this afternoon on my IMac and the app just crashed. I had been experimenting with using files locally instead of uploading them and that is when the ap crashed.

Since then, each computer I have tried to use, two Macs and a PC they too have crashed and won't open.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I am able to reproduce those results, and have reported them to our development team.

In the meantime, you should be able to re-open Proclaim by holding down Ctrl (CMD for Mac) and then opening Proclaim. Select "Show Setup WIzard" then follow the prompts.

You should be able to open a different or create a new presentation. Please don't delete any presentations until we resolve this issue however! It will be important for troubleshooting.

Found the issue and fixed your data. Please login holding the ctrl key down which will shows the setup wizard and prevents the last opened presentation from opening automatically. This should give sync enough time to pick up the repaired data. Creating a case for the root cause. Thanks for the feedback.
