I am looking for a specific book on my Samsung Galaxy Tablet that I have on my PC through Logos 4 but it doesn't show up on the tablet. Any ideas

Due to publishers' restrictions, not all resources are available on mobile devices.

Take a look at the resource's page at logos.com. Under the book cover image is a row of icons marked "works on". Only if there is an iPhone icon will it work in your Android app.

Most books are available, but there are frustrating omissions.

That's it, thanks for the help. Hopefully, there's a chance that might get corrected in the future. God Bless

I am not responding about your books but wanted to ask you how the Samsung Galaxy Tablet
worked for Logos. I'm considering it bc I don't want to lug around a
computer. Net book would be great, but the technology is going out the
    window. Thanks for your help.

I'm glad you found this forum, Angelia, I had considered a more expansive reply to your original post so I'll present it here:

    • Logos for Android is nowhere near as functional as Logos 4 Windows (or Mac) - see http://community.logos.com/forums/t/34373.aspx
    • It isn't the way to go unless you have Logos 4 on another computer.
    • The emerging Ultrabook form factor will give you the advantages of Logos in a Windows OS without the weight/size of a typical laptop and much faster than a Netbook. The best ones have a small SSD (128 GB) but they are very fast compared to a conventional hard disk drive. Best to wait a few months for the market/prices to settle, but they are the way to go for portability with a conventional OS and Logos 4.

I am not familiar with the Ultrabook but after taking a look at it, it's pretty cool. But I really do love my Samsung Galaxy Tab. I have the 7" so it's easy to carry and very fast. Logos on Android is not as functional as Logos 4 is in Windows PC but if your away from your computer most of the time your not looking to dig in like you might a home anyway. At least that's what I find. And not every resource is available on Android but most are. I teach a Sunday morning Bible study where I have to answer some deeper question to the people in the group and I can always find what I'm looking for when I need it. Si it works great for me. I might be interested in an Ultrabook in the future but for now the Tablet works great.

Hop this helps. Oh, by the way, I used to have Zondervan Pradis for some years and switched over to Logos and I love it.
