Things pull up but they are always blank. WHY?

I am a Christian Studies Major in college and also a user of LOGOS. Although, my mac has recently had some hard drive problems so I had to re install Logos on to the computer. I just don't understand exactly why it isn't working to full capacity.....please help!

Curious about Logos version ? Would like to see a screenshot of some things that are blank.

Also wondering if installation, including resource downloading, and indexing are complete ?
