I was given a $150 credit for hosting a Logos presentation for 125 pastors. Then, when I ordered something (the credit which is on my account page was not used), instead my credit card was charged full price.
The customer service representative that emailed back hasn't been very helpful other than to say: "Credit in your account is not able to be used for pre pub purchases."
I sure don't see that stated as a policy and I'm also wondering how I can find out what the credit can be used for?
The person that I arranged the event with and issued the credit evidently doesn't work for Logos anymore and emails to him are bouncing back.
I'm a huge Logos fan (which is why I arranged that event), but not real impressed with her curt response. I'm now canceling the order (it's just not in the budget to pay for this without that credit).
Any ideas on where to find your policy on using store credits?
