Greek Visual FIlters

Is there a way to build a visual filter to capture all forms of a particular Greek work and apply a particular visual filter?  Suppose I wanted to apply a visual filter to all forms of the Greek work kurious.  I see where I can do it to each form but is there a way to specify all declensions of this word with some kind of wildcard?

No wildcard needed, can highlight all occurrences of a lemma using a Morph Visual Filter:

Also can use transliteration for lemma entry when building a Morph visual filter.

The syntax for a lemma search in a Bible or Basic visual filter is easier to create by starting with lemma in a Morph Search, then change Search to Bible (or Basic), followed by copy and paste into visual filter.
