Kindle Fire with Logos App

Hey guys. I am looking into purchasing a tablet, and from what I have read the Kindle Fire seems like a decent product, especially for the price.
My question is this: Does anyone have a Kindle Fire and the Logos App installed? How does it run? Is the Fire fast enough to really be used with the Logos App?
I didn't know where to put my question, so sorry. Any help you guys could get would be great.

Andrew,
I have a Kindle Fire and have been using it for about 2 weeks. I bought it specifically for this purpose as I use a Kindle Keyboard for regular reading. So far I'm pleased with it. There are many reviews of the Fire out there so I'd check them out. Memory is limited but I have Logos loaded along with 45 resources (some pretty large) on the device so I'm not dependent on WiFi. Memory for this purpose seems plenty. I don't plan on using it for much besides Logos, some other not to be mentioned Bible software, web and streaming. The bottom line for me was price. As I'm already on the Apple iOS with other devices I would probably have gone with and iPad if price were no issue. Happy to answer any specific questions you might have.

I've had the Kindle Fire since Christmas and it does what I need it to (which is mainly reading). Any serious study I will do on my desktop. I am waiting for highlighting and notes to be added and I believe Logos is planning on doing this but it's not available yet.
The app is still in the development stage, so there are upcoming changes like having a split screen. Some of the functions such as text comparison and word study can only be done when connected to wifi.
Also, be aware that some of your resources may not be available on your Kindle that you have on your desktop. This is not Logos' decision, but the publisher of that resource.
My wife says that she sees more of me. I may still be reading, but at
least I am with the family instead of hidden in my office.I'm sure others will add to what I have said, but I happy with Logos on my Kindle.
