Now I just need Logos 2.0 for iOS on my iPad. It will be awesome to use for teaching!

I updated to 4.5 and I learned that my highlighting is really annotations. It appears that I have been highlighting wrong all along.[8-|] I don't know if to delete all my highlighting (annotations) or just go back to Libronix.[:S] I have so many notes now that it is getting hard to find anything. I think it would have been better to make a separate listing in the file menu, just a thought.

I have not found all the benifits to the new system update, and after a while it might be a good thing. I hope so.

In 4.5 highlighting and notes are merged. All your highlights were saved as note files, typically by the palette name.

The reason for this is to be able to share both notes and highlighting with other users (in the future) and to simplify the design for mobile devices.

To find your note file, click the file button and begin typing the name of your note (or highlight) file and it will shorten the list as you type each letter. Although the ability to organize user content like notes has been requested, it has not been implemented (yet?).

Is it just me, or is this faster still than 4.3. It seems to be more agile, but maybe I'm just slowing down...[8-|]

A number of users - including me - saw an improvement in performance towards the end of the 4.5 beta cycle (I think it was somewhere around beta 11)

Graham is right. We saw some significant performance improvements in notes and with other areas of the program toward the end of 4.5's beta cycle. Bradley and his folks are definately on the right track.

George - one thing that may be extremely helpful is to use the 'Favorites' functionality. You can create folders with favorites to better sort and find your highlights vs. notes. You can also sort notes that way as well :)

I didn't expect I was going to say this anytime soon - but I'm impressed!

This really is the first time since Logos 4 was released that I noticed a major overall improvement in speed and responsiveness on my rather low-end laptop. I couldn't figure out by looking at the release notes what made this happen, but then I don't really care - it's just gotten significantly better, which is very welcome to me.

Great job, Logos, and thank you! [:)]

    Great thanks for footnotes printing.

Uservoice.com works - today a short message like below was sent to me, and I have tested it.  Yes, the footnotes are being printed to PDF and to printer (haven't put paper in).  No footnotes in RTF, but I think it's because of RTF format.
