Cut/Paste Scripture with reference heading

I'm Fairly new to Logos 4 (MAC) (now Logos 4.5!!) and I know this question is probably answered somewhere else in the forun but cannot find it.

I'm trying to find the simple way to cut and paste scripture from whatever current bible version I have open to WORD or Pages with out footnotes and with the scripture heading: Here is what I a hopping to be able to produce in my document:

JOHN 3:16

16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

What I cannot seem to do is find a way to have the scripture heading (JOHN 3:16) appear- I can cut/paste the actual scripture but I cannot make the reference show up.

I know there has to be a simple process but like I said I cannot find it.

I'd appreciate any help!

Wonder if Tools => Copy Bible Verses using Simple Paragraphs is useful for Copy and Paste:

Clicking "Copy and Paste" opened Pages and created a new document (untitled).

To include Bible heading when pasted into WORD or Pages, recommend using Copy Bible Verses so formatting can include scripture heading.
