Version River

Im new to Logos 4, how do I read the Version River? I understand it is a report of the variances of the difference of translations. I understand that my base bible is not represented in the bar on the far right. What Im not sure about is the filed on the left, what does it mean and how do I read that.

I hope that question makes since.
