Table of Contents...

Would it be possible to put a "Table of Contents (TOC) button in the bottom screen row selection? In single pane, could simply slide out from the side without taking up the whole screen, and in "Split-Screen" it could onlyh take up the screen of the panel selected (kind of like the kindle idea..)

    I can't envisage what you are suggesting except that you have a large tablet or phone in landscape orientation to have a single row at the bottom.

    What advantages are likely?
