re: opening a presentation error!

we have been using proclaim for almost 2 months now and it has been great, but today we have had a big issue.

when we go to open our ipad to use from the pulpit it shows 3 "on air" options of the same presentation and will not let us open any of them.  we have tried with 3 different phones and a ipad.  we have shut down every computer, reinstalled all apps etc. and no matter what it shows 3 options and still will not let us open any of them.  

please let me know what to do as we need this for Sunday.

even now when all our computers, ipads, iphones are shut down it shows to copies of the presentation as listed as "on air" but you can not open any of them.
