Tell me if I am wrong here:

I believe that you can enter a search in the "library" pane and then select download all. I believe that this will only download the books from your search. Am I right? If so, that is pretty neat.

Anyone know if you can search by collection in the "library" pane?

Yes. [:)] In the screen shot, I have the library filtered for Vyrso books. If you were to click "download", it would download just those resources.

Not currently, no. You can, however, search your books by collection (kind of). Notice in my screen shot: "counseling resources" That was a collection I had created but have since deleted. I think that this is an area that has not been switched over to sync 2.0. Hopefully it will in the (near) future. [:)]
