BUG: Instead of syncing highlight, a new highlight template is created on pc

When I created a highlight on IOS based on the MY HIGHLIGHT template, instead of syncing with the PC MY HIGHLIGHT template it created a MY HIGHLIGHT (2) template file on the PC with only the highlight from the IOS system in it.

This may already have been reported in one of the threads but wanted to be sure (I think I may have read something like this, but didn't want to dig back through all the threads - besides it needs to be highlighted as its own problem). Likely it is related to the other sync issues that are going on. Note: My PC highlights are not showing up on IOS even though the template options are - my IOS LOGOS system seems to be in a continous sync (moving wheel). This might account for the problem as well.
