Does anyone know how to resolve this? The problem has to do with this:
C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\Logos4\System\Logos.Documents.Contracts.dll.
I sent this note to Logos Support, but they often take days to answer anything I send.
The update that I got this morning, closed my Logos, and will not let me open it again. I get an error that will not permit me to go any further, when I hit the “Retry” button, it comes back to the same error warning over and over again. I am forced to hit the “cancel” button, and I am not able to use my very expensive program.
The error is:
C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\Logos4\System\Logos.Documents.Contracts.dll.
At the bottom of that it says:
“Verify that you have access to that directory.”
I have no clue what it wants me to do.
I doubt I will hear from anyone for days to come, so I will do without my very expensive program, till I do hear from someone, and use one of the cheaper programs I have… that do not have all the tools I would like to use, but they work.
