Question about versified resources and how to find them.

I am building collections for use in Passage Guides and want to confirm my observations regarding versified resources.  I know that the  "Commentaries"  section in Passage Guides use versified resources in a collection.

Do I have my facts straight about where to find (and therefore build dynamic collections of) versified resources?

1. Versified resources show a "Bible" Index in the resource information panel for that resource
2. Versified resources are found in library types: 
   1. Bible
   2. Bible Apparatus
   3. Bible Commentary
   4. Bible Cross-Reference Index
   5. Bible Harmony
   6. Bible Notes

Is there an easy way besides using library types and checking the indexes of resources to find or identify versified resources? (It would be nice if indexes or even just a versified indication was a column in the resource library display.)

Easier, but not easy.

As regards to your 'facts' (1) is the only absolute fact. There's no reason why resources of type monograph can't be versified (although the types you have would cover 99% of versified resources).

If you're OK with SQLite, you can get the info from %localappdata%\Logos4\Data\{random}\KeyLinkManager\keylinkmanager.db

The SQL would be SELECT ResourceID FROM Resources, DataTypeMilestoneIndexes WHERE Resources.Id=DataTypeMilestoneIndexes.Resource AND DataTypeMilestoneIndexes.DataType LIKE 'bible%' ORDER BY ResourceId ASC

It wouldn't give you the names of the resources, just their ResourceIds. But if you also attach %localappdata%\Logos4\Data\{random}\LibraryCatalog\catalog.db you can use the following code to give you resource titles:

SELECT Title, Type FROM DataTypeMilestoneIndexes, Resources, Records WHERE Records.ResourceId=Resources.ResourceID AND Resources.Id=DataTypeMilestoneIndexes.Resource AND DataTypeMilestoneIndexes.DataType LIKE 'bible%' ORDER BY Type, Records.Title ASC

In my library that gives eight monograph resources that have a Bible Index (out of 2,338 total resources with a Bible Index).

• Hard Sayings of the Bible
• Philo and Holy Scripture Apparatus
• Pseudepigrapha of the Old Testament
• The Apocryphal New Testament
• The Old Testament Pseudepigrapha: Volume 1
• The Old Testament Pseudepigrapha: Volume 2
• When Critics Ask
• When Cultists Ask

One of type Ancient Manuscript:

• Old Testament Greek Pseudepigrapha with Morphology

There's also one of type commentary (not Bible Commentary)

• Commentary on the Pseudepigrapha of the Old Testament

And one of type apparatus (not Bible Apparatus)

• Pseudepigrapha of the Old Testament (Apparatuses)
