Downloading Resources?
Ive successfully downloaded a good amount of my library on to my iPad, however there are few few resources that continue to display an error when im downloading (i.e. RESOURCE DOWNLOAD Unable to download Word Biblical Commentary, Volume 41: Galatians).
Ive closed the application and turned off my iPad numerous and the error still continues. Any suggestions? Is anyone else experiencing these resource download error?

John - Sorry you are having troubles. Just to double check, I just downloaded WBC, Volume 41: Galatians without problems. When you wrote that you have "turned off" your iPad, do you mean a complete shut down (hold both buttons down for 10 seconds and swipe the red button)?
Can you read the resource without downloading it?

Alabama24,
Thanks for the reply. I can read the resource via WIFI however It continues to give me an error when I attempt to DL certain resources.
I turned the iPad off both ways...top button and swipe red button as well as hold both top and home button until the iPad resets.
p.s. The problem is with more than just the WBC commentary.
Thanks again!

I have had downloading problems with big books due to slow wifi. Could that be your problem?

I am having the same issue on my iPad. I can read the book, but get the "Resource Download... Unable..." message. I can download the same book on my Android Tablet. Hmmm...

I attempted to DL the resources via another WIFI network and experienced the same issues.[:(] Its a bit odd because I can DL the books that display the error with no troubles on my iPhone.

Hi John,
Please do submit your logs so we can take a look at them. It is difficult to debug issues like this without them. Thanks!

John - FYI - to submit a log from the iOS app:
- Click "More" on the bottom right corner.
- Click "about"
- Click "send support info"
- Click "continue" on warning box
- This opens an email dialog box. The best thing to do is to change the "to" and send it to yourself.
- Send the email to yourself
- Download the attachment & upload it here.
- You can also repeat the process but don't change the address. (let it go to support)
