First Sunday with Notes and Highlighting capabilities on mobile devices...
I realize it may already that time for some, but here in the good ole US CST its approaching 11:30 PM Saturday Night.

Is anyone using or planning to use their new note taking and/or highlighting on a mobile device in church/Bible study today? How did it go?
I think I'll give it a run.

Dear Paul,
It is 07.13 am in the UK and we will be heading off to church in a couple of hours (we get there early for set up).
I also am looking forward to playing with note taking and highlighting. The improvements to the app are phenomenal.
I have just over three hours to go before the start of the service [:D].

As on of those who has been blessed to beta test the note functionality I can say that it is an awesome feature to use at church. Been taking notes on it for well over a month now. What I have done is used the outline that is posted online in advance and I paste it into a Logos note file in advance on my PC. Then i take notes directly on that note outline.

I've just got in from church now and confirm that notes and highlighting worked fantastically well.
I was preaching this morning, but made some sermon related annotations to my resources. I was able to access this and refresh my memory before the service. I even made a couple more notes as things occurred to me. Very useful indeed.
I can see the Logos app via my iPad becoming indispensable.

Where I can see it becoming "even more indispensable" (if that isn't a contradiction in terms is when we have support for PBs on the Logos app.
Then we will be able to have a sermon resource (script, outlines or notes) open in one half of a split screen and a Bible open in another.
For me, this would make preaching from an iPad even better than it is at the moment.

I can absolutely see the benefit of having PBs available in the context of preaching.
At the moment we are demoing Proclaim and so I have been preaching directly from presentation slides while using the iPad as a controller. I have been breaking up my verses with the splash screen which ties into the sermon series which I then tag with my various sermon points. The congregation cannot see the tags, but they appear on the iPad and work as a prompt.
If we stick with Proclaim, I will not require the PBs for preaching, but can imagine that it will be helpful to have this on the app for general reading and perhaps Bible studies and teaching (where I am not using the projector). If we abandon Proclaim and return to MediaShout, I can imagine that preaching from a PB would be a very attractive proposition.

How do you access the notes documents? I have figured out how to create or edit a note document attached to a verse or text. But is there a way to access notes that are unattached?
So far notes and highlights have been wonderful, but I would love to have access to teaching notes I use when teaching. They are not always attached to something. It would be even better to be able to open them in split screen.
