previous highlights in a particular book are not there with Mac 4.5

A short time ago I highlighted themes throuout Colossians.  After the automatic update that just took place, the highlight category is gone.  I had just been using it the other day and was showing it to a friend.  Some of the others are still there, but not this one.

    Wonder if File menu has a Note file(s) whose name(s) match palette(s) used for highlighting themes ?

    If so, wonder about opening a Note file, then command+click a reference in Colossians to open Bible used for highlighting ?

    In Bible, clicking on three circles can show Notes section since highlighting notes can be checked on or off for display.
