logos stops indexing

Good evening everybody, i'm using logos 4 on windows 7 and anytime i turn computer on, logos start indexing, but after a little time it shows me that logos stop indexing. i'm using logos only for a year, so i'm pretty new with this software, can someone help please?

Welcome to the forums. I wonder if there were any other log files in the Log folder? If the Indexer has run there should be an Indexer log, and if it crashed, there should be a Crash log. If so, please attach them (and anythign else in teh Log file folder) to a follow-up message.

It is not normal, as you probably know, for the indexer to run each time you open Logos. It sounds like there is a small set of resources it is trying to index and for some reason cannot so it tries again the next time you open Logos. An Indexer log will help us understand what is going on.

If you see no other log files, you can close Logos, reopen, let whatever happens happen, then before closing Logos, put all the log files together into one .zip file and attach them to a message here.
