Liturgies Eastern and Western - Where is Addai and Mari?

I recently got this collection:
http://www.logos.com/product/6494/liturgies-eastern-and-western-collection
but I cannot find the Liturgy/Anaphora of Addai and Mari in either of the two volumes: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liturgy_of_Addai_and_Mari
(Note: The books finally showed up in iPhone/iPad.)

That might be it (if I can figure out where the anaphora begins; it seems to be combined with another liturgy). This explains why my search for "Addai" and "Mari" came up with nothing:
"They are named after SS. Adaeus and Maris, "
