Why did I just get an e-mail saying my bid Richard R. Ottley didnt pass

It's been weeks since this bid and it did pass, so why am I now gettting an e-mail saying it didnt?

    Forward that email to Phil Gons (pgons@logos.com) with a note about why you think it was sent in error, as he is in the process of trying to work out with Development why some automated emails sometimes get sent to the wrong people at the wrong times. It's mostly related to marketing emails, but it would probably be the same developers working to solve this problem.

    However, my order page claims that it is under contract since Oct 7 for $18 - strange.
