What am I missing on copying from Logos iOS app?

I must be missing something. I'd like to be able to copy verses to text messages, scripture memory app, etc., but when I copy a verse it comes with the superscript letters and numbers for footnotes and cross-references (i.e. it's almost useless).

Is there a setting or someway to turn this off (like there is in desktop app? As it is, I'm using another unnamed app for this feature?
