I wish to make a public apology about my use of a certain word considered by many to be vulgar…

My apologies to this forum for using a word whose root goes back to the word ***. VERY interesting word study, BTW. I am sorry that this word was used by me as so many were taken aback by its use here. My apologies too to Logos and those within that organization who interact with the public forums. I feel that I SHOULD have been more sensitive in this matter. The reality is I was INSENSITIVE. I do not wish to justify myself in this, but rest assured that, had I been sensible, I would not have troubled the forum with any of this.
A particular apology goes out to Matthew C. Jones. As to Giovanni Baggio, I don't feel compelled to apologize for anything more than my poor choice of words. My sentiment hasn't changed any concerning your actual behavior.

The word indicated by three asterisks was actually the word a-r-s-e. Four letters, not three. Just to avoid confusion.

Great quote! As Seneca said, "We all sin, some more some less..."
It's ok Mikee I forgive you!

Don't mention it, Peter.

The Apostle Paul seems to have a different take on that. (Ro 6:1-2)Dan Francis said:"Sometimes we must drink more, sport, recreate ourselves--even sin a little to spite the Devil.
