Logos Not Responding After Latest Installation

I was prompted to install the latest release this morning. After initializing the new release, I walked away from my computer. I came back a few minutes later and found the standard Windows- Program Not Responding window. I tried to relaunch the software with the same result. I then rebooted my computer and still got the same notice. Any ideas on how to rectify this problem?

Thanks for the response. I was able to reach customer support this afternoon and they were able to fix the problem. It appears that somehow during the installation this morning that the target directory was changed. Fortunately, the problem is now resolved and I am back up and running.
