I can't get anyone to pick up the phone at Logos either...Is anyone available to help the customer?

welcome to the forums! We fellow-users may be able to help you, but we need more details. Confirmation email for what? Did you buy something? Then the resource will download to Logos 4 automatically. Or do you need help for a very first install? Then we can point you.
