update to Logos Bible Software 4.5 SR-4 (4.50.0.1889) and still not syncing ?
what am i doing wrong ?

I'm STILL not syncing either! All I can tell you is I still get the yellow triangle! Getting old!!!!
Edit: I do know that my highlights done on my ipad2 while reading a MacArthur book have not synced to my MacBook Pro. Beyond that I don't know what to look for or what to check in terms of the syncing process. I did send a log about 2 or 3 weeks ago but this sync problem is rather persistent.

Isn't syncing of highlights and notes from the ipad app turned off till they can fix a bug? It was anyway.

I have same issue. I get a yellow triangular error sign in middle of sync circle at top left.

If using stable Logos 4.5 release, one option is contacting Logos Mac Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact

Other option is replying and attaching diagnostic log files, which will be looked at.
Please enable diagnostic logging, restart Mac, launch Logos 4 Mac. If triangular error sign appears, please click once (retry to sync), if error reappears, then quit Logos 4 Mac, compress diagnostic log files, then reply and attach compressed file.
Option: download and use an applescipt application 5504.Logos4MacLogging.app.zip to display your logging setting, then change to enable logging.
Note: wiki has => http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging#Mac with terminal commands, which are used in the applescript application.
Wiki Mac Troubleshooting => How to Report Bugs in Logos 4 Mac has the log posting steps, including link to Logos Log Scribe application to create a zip file on your desktop (copies console messages, then compresses contents of your Logging folder for posting).

Here it be. Issue using stable version 4.5 sv 5. Getting yellow error symbol in center of sync circle. Mac not syncing with iPad or iPhone.

Logos4.log file has a Sync update error for a Reading Plan since Logos 4 Mac version of "Year Reading plan" has changed.
Wondering if using "Year Reading Plan" on mobile and Logos 4 Mac ? (e.g. mark read in both devices)
