TIP: Manually Syncing Highlights
I wanted to pass on a small tip. I haven't found a specific way to manually sync notes made on the Desktop Logos on the iPhone/iPad. However, if you have made highlights on your Desktop Logos (that are not synced with you IPhone/iPad), tap on an existing highlight on your iPhone/iPad, tap "Edit Highlight" and tap "Done." Nothing will change for the edited highlight, but it appears to force a sync with the server and your Desktop Logos highlights will show up. I would recommend to developers to have a "sync" button that would more intuitively do the same thing. Blessings.

was this fairly quickly accomplished? I have lots of highlights on laptop, but does not seem they are transferring.

I found that new highlights appeared in about 10sec. I have quite a few highlights myself. One question, has your iPad synced any highlights with your desktop? It should do this when you initially start the app. I have found that after this occurs, if you add highlights to your desktop and do the above instructions, the new highlights will appear in about 10sec. I would try just one new highlight on your desktop to see if it works.
