No Indexing Progress

Recently, I noticed the Logos icon in the menu bar at the top of my screen. Moving my cursor over the icon revealed that Logos was trying to index and that it had completed 0% of the process. Hours later . . . still 0%. Several days later . . . still 0%. I have had Logos for over a year, so this is not the initial indexing. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Would like to look at diagnostic logs, especially Indexer.log file.

Please enable diagnostic logging, restart Mac, then watch for Blue Logos indexer icon to appear.  After Blue icon disappears, launch Logos 4 Mac, if nothing in Library, please quit Logos 4 Mac, compress log files, then reply with zip file upload.

Option: download and use an applescipt application 5504.Logos4MacLogging.app.zip to display your logging setting, then change to enable logging.
