Can't Download the NLT :(

I hope this is in the right place because this is my first time posting on the forums. I recently put Logos 4 on my brand new macbook, but every time I update I still can't get the NLT (and before anyone gets smarmy, yes I purchased it - it came with Platinum How can I add just that to my collection? Thanks a bunch

Welcome to the forums. You'll want to put this in the Logos 4 Mac forum to insure you get appropriate answers. Did all your other resources download correctly?

There were a few that didn't, like Different by Design by Macarthur too.

There have been some problems unlocking resources for download so you should speak with Customer Support next week.
