Logos and Vyrso App

Greetings all!

My iphone 4s had an update for Logos and Vyrso...went to update...now all I have is "waiting" under both apps. This has been ongoing for two days now. Any suggestions? I have tried deleting the apps and reinstalling them with the same waiting under the app...

This helps when I'm stuck.

A forced restart of the device by holding the Power button till the red slider switch shows up. Slide it to shut down the app. Restart your ipad and it should no longer be waiting. You can then go back into the app store and try to download the update again.

If that doesn't work.

Go to iTunes on your computer and download the updated app. Then connect your device to the computer with a sync cable. Let it sync. Then open the app store on your iPhone/iPad and close it. The waiting should be gone and the app should be updated.

Hope that helps.

The only other option is to delete the app and download it again.

Thanks Kevin...that took care of it...since I deleted it, I have to redo all the settings and offline stuff...thanks very much, I am glad that it is up and running again!!! [:)]
