Problems getting table of contents in PB to link up to bookmarked locations in the text

This has always worked for me before in other PBs, so I don't know what I'm doing wrong or whether there's a bug.

I have an outline at the beginning of a PB. I've whittled it down to just the minimum where I could still reproduce the problem to show you. Each of the three headings in this outline is linked in the Word document to a bookmarked location in the document. In Word, all three of the links work. I can Ctrl+click on them and the cursor jumps to the appropriate heading. But when I compile the PB in Logos, only the first and last ones work; the middle one doesn't work. And it shows up a lighter blue than the other two, which are hyperlink color.

Any clues?

The line "A. The Teaching and Example of Christ" was itself a bookmark (actually two bookmarks). If you delete those bookmarks (OLE1 and OLE2) the document will compile properly. The compiler obviously can't cope with text being both a hyperlink and a bookmark at the same time.
