I purchased the Norman Gaisler apologetics library a few years ago. This is on the Libronix system. Can I import these into Logos 4?

First, welcome to the forums! To answer your question, yes, that resource can be brought over to L4 (I have it as well). There are several ways to do this. Do you have both L3 & L4 installed? It is my understanding that once the product has been unlocked on your L3 account, it should download into L4, providing that you use the same account information.
Personally, I am a Mac user and don't have access to L3, so my preferred method is to call Logos customer service and provide them with proof of ownership. Once they have that info, they can add the license to your account. In most cases for me, the product began downloading while I was on the phone with CS.

since you say you purchased this years ago, am I correct that you are running Libronix / L3 right now? Then it's easy. Just sync the licence with Logos and make sure that the Logos ID you use to log on in L4 is the same you use in L3 (usually your email address). L4 will automatically download the resources to your computer. That's what I did when I bought this resource set some weeks ago.
If you don't run L3 right now, but anticipate buying some more L3 resources in the future, it might be a good idea to install it just for the purpose of easy licence transfer independent of Customer Service. Alternatively, you could follow Alabama's advice and call or email CS, they will help you.
As long as the Geisler library is associated with the email address you use to log into L4 it will work. This is typically achieved by syncing your licenses in LIbronix so Logos' servers know about it.
If you've synced licenses in LIbronix and installed L4 they should show up. If not then it's likely there's a mismatch in accounts and Customer Service will have to sort it out.
