I have a large investment in Logos 3; do I have to repurchase my whole library in Logos 4? Has ALL of the content changed?
Can't I just download the Logos 4 "reader"?

Daryl: you own the resources and never have to repurchase them with Logos.
That said, yes; you can use your L3 resources in L4. And as a bonus, many of the resources in L4 have been updated for free. For instance spelling fixes or metadata updates are often included.
If you get the free L4 software I believe it will download and index all your current resources (the L3 licence applies to L4). Many may be in L4 format (smaller than L3). What you miss is the L4 "goodies" that really show off what L4 is all about http://www.logos.com/minimalcrossgrade
Be mindful that the minimal crossgrade does not include additional goodies like infographics, and I think Biblical places,people,things.
