IPad seems not in sync with computer

This just started just about a month ago but now when we use the IPad and ask for bibles (have 27 in collection) all we get is 1 bible and nothing else.  This issue is with other collection where we req info from the books of the collection but we get none of the books collection but a lot of different books that are not part of the collection requestied.  This is not a problem with the Desktop as all the collection work great but not on the IPad  Tech support is telling me they are having a sync problem with the IPad with this new version.  Has anyone had this problem  or heard about it and is there an answer to solve it?

    Jim - First, welcome to the forums! Sorry you are having problems.

    I am not sure if I understand you correctly. The term "collection" in Logos is used to designate a user defined "collection of books (i.e. "My favorite Bibles" or "Discipleship resources"). Is that how you are using this term, or do you simply mean your Library (i.e. the bible books you own)?

    Also, are you asking about searching, or viewing your library?
