Is there a way to paste info into personal notes (e.g. personal commentary) and have them paste into my chosen default font (including size)? This would save me a TON of time.

    Me too, but unfortunately there isn't. Drives me crazy.

    In case you've missed it like I had: Shift-Opt-Cmd-V now works for Paste and Match Style.
