No serial number

Hello,

I have Logos Bible Software 4 and it is prompting me for a serial number in order to "activate" the software. I cannot find it anywhere! Do you have any ideas as to where I would get one? I've looked on the actual CD and on Logos websites but couldn't find anything. I need this for my Bible class...HELP!

How did you purchase your software? Did you order it online from logos.com? You should be able to just install it and log in with your email address that you used when purchasing it. I don't recall ever seeing a prompt for a serial number in Logos 4. But I didn't purchased it on a CD-ROM. I downloaded it (and had previous versions to upgrade from anyway), so I don't know for sure. I didn't even know they were still using serial number activation in L4, but evidently they are.

Did you look on the packaging? That's usually where it used to be on previous versions -- and it could sometimes be in the most bizarre places. I once found it on a sticker attached to the inside of the CD-case -- you had to remove the plastic insert to see it. If you can't find a serial number anywhere, then you will need to call Logos Customer Service (1-800-875-6467) during business hours (6AM - 5PM Pacific time) to get your product activated.
