Please add SCROLLING option versus Page Turn

There is not a way, which is one of the reasons for this thread. The suggestion given by Jeff is the best one that I know of presently… use the split screen feature to hide the part you want to highlight and advance the page. The beginning of the quote will not be at the top. If needed, you can make the page full screen again.
Thank you, but I get that. I was talking of doing this differently, as this code would be much less laborious than scrolling pages. I was simply noting that this would be of higher priority if they could this before scrolling. I get how it works and it is indeed a workable work around. [;)]

The other suggestion that gets put out there is for a "half page" turn. Personally, I think it might be better if you could do several lines at a time.

Honestly this has been the most frustrating lack in the Logos App. I understand that it could be difficult, but so many have done it that it must be possible. The Logos app has been incredible other than this. Are there any updates from Logos on this matter? I would really love this option to be added as it seems many others would as well. I would even be willing to pay for the app if it had the scroll option. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

OliveTree's iPad app has precisely this option: When you select a word, one of the "More" options that appear is to "Start page near <this word>".
I agree. If scrolling would be difficult and time-consuming, and if this approach would be easy enough to include in a short-term release, then please propose it to the development team.
Would a more productive alternative to this pop-up menu approach be for a developer to use the drag-up event to position the page where the drag started (i.e., where the screen was first touched)? One would be able to point to whichever word or verse should be at the top of the window and then drag-up to bring it to the top (to simplify our developer's life, the text would move only after the drag was completed; it would not move as the drag was being performed). In the future, when scrolling is implemented, this logic would no longer be needed and would be replaced by scrolling logic.

One more user frustrated with the arcane and limited page-turning approach and no way to indicate what verse you want at the top of the page. Using the split screen is cumbersome even when you are primarily working with the bottom split. But if your primary split is the top one it is too much work. Only The Bible App appears to give options but at least they show everyone it can be done. Accordance appears to scroll only. Not ideal but when I am studying a passage I want to position it so I can see as much of it on the screen as possible. And, NO, I don't want to have to search on a verse.

Hi Dan,
Logos iOS apps have supported screen scrolling for months. Just use a two finger swipe to vertically move the text in any column up or down. Does this help?

I just wanted to mention how helpful this feature is! Thanks for continuing to improve the app.

Could you please add it to User Voice? (I'm out of votes, without cheating)

This looks related: http://logosmobile.uservoice.com/forums/190765-logos-mobile-apps/suggestions/3627285-custom-copy-range
But is a bit more specific that what you're looking for.
