Disappearing Notes?
I was working on an assignment for a Galatians class in which i had to write down observations and questions for a certain passage. I completed all of my notes using the notes feature in Logos 4. I closed my notes with all of my work done. When i reopened the notes, only the headings for the original notes appeared but all the work i had done was gone! Obviously this is very frustrating and it is the second time it has happened to me in a week. I was very careful to make sure that the problem was not something i did - clearly it is some kind of a bug.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Is there anyway to recover my lost notes?

I wish that was the problem, but I do know the difference between the two views, unfortunately, the body of the notes was somehow deleted or not saved. The "title" portion remained as I left it, but when i click on the "content" portion there is nothing there

Contact Customer Services. They may be able to restore.
