Has anyone who ordered the American Vision Collection on pre-pub (Go Bahnsen !!) actually received it yet?

    Ok now this is winding me up, this collection was not cheap but when I am looking at Bahnsen's "Presuppositional Apologetics" there are numerous links to Van Til's works (which are available in Logos) but they are not hyperlinked.

    It was my undertanding that such linking was why Logos books cost so much and if they are not linked during production then the chances of them being linked later are remote.

    We are told that official Logos books are quality but where is the quality here? What should a customer expect?
