I got two questions:
1. How long does it take Logos to ship the DVD from the time you ordered,
and
2. Do they notify you, either by email or by the My Account page, once it shipped?
It doesn't take long. I ordered a DVD on Thursday and had it on Tuesday (I live in Indiana). I don't think they have any shipping notification; if they do, I've never noticed it.
I ordered the Word Biblical Commentary last Monday when Logos 4 was released. It showed up immediately on My Account page with tracking info through UPS. It didn't ship out until the next day. They didn't notify me, but it's easy to check on your account page.
