Hang or Crash with Word Lookup
I'm not exactly sure what is happening, but I don't think it is right. Here's what I'm doing:
Reading Grudem's Systematic Theology (for example, could be any commentary), I noticed that when I select a highlighted verse from the text, that verse pops up in its own mini window with some of the words in blue type. Clicking on one of those words, sometimes takes me to a Strong's entry, but more often leaves a small empty window with a spinning dial in the left part of the window, never to return... sometimes the program crashes. When I leave the program with the spinner, the next time I start logos always results in a crash. The next time I start the program, it seems OK.
I think it's a neat feature to go from reading a commentary, to a verse, to a Strong's entry, but it freezes or crashes so often as to make me wary of using the feature.
Anyone else repeat this? A known problem? With a solution? FYI - I have NASB as my preferred bible.

I am using my iPad when this happens. I just tried on my iPhone 4S and got the same result. I have Grudem's Systematic Theology downloadad to the device, if that matters.

I found out that it (my iPad was looking the word up in the Theological Dictionary of the New Testament, a 10-volume set. I downloaded this title to my iPad and no more hangs or crashing when doing this lookup!

Yep - I think the lookup through the 10-volume set was causing a timeout. With the TDNT downloaded, it is much quicker and no timeout/ freeze/ crash. I may re-prioritize my dictionaries... I didn't realize they were coming into play like that!

Do I even have control over which dictionary is used in a popup like this? I only know it was the TDNT because that's what I saw when I selected Jump to Reference and looked at the title!
